PLACING AN ORDER
We accept orders through our WigJig Store (online), via telephone, mail or fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, checks and money orders.
For orders received from Sunday at 7:00 PM Eastern Time to orders received at 7:00 PM Thursday, we issue email verification and ship the order on the following business day. For orders received after 7:00 PM on Thursday evening through 7:00 PM Sunday evening, we issue email verification to customers and ship the orders on the following Monday. In a few cases, we may hold an order if an item is out-of-stock and expected in a few days.
We ship our orders from our warehouse in the East, which is a very short delivery time frame for the majority of our customers. For customers on the West Coast, it may take a little longer (up to five days) to receive your order.
|INTERNET TELEPHONE OR FAX
ORDERS: For Internet, telephone or fax orders, we accept
payment via VISA, MasterCard or Discover Credit
Cards. We are not able to accept payment via American
Express or PayPal.
MAIL-IN ORDERS: For mail-in orders we can accept payment via the above credit cards or via personal check or money order. Please include $7.95 for shipping any order less than $60. Please mail us the list of items you want to order, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address along with your check.
Orders under $60 with a shipping address within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or Guam) have a shipping and handling fee that is dependent upon weight. Orders weighing less that .7 pounds will be shipped via First Class Mail and incur a shipping and handling fee of $7.95. Orders weighing between .7 pounds and 2 pounds will incur a shipping and handling fee of $10.95. Orders weighing more than 2 pounds will incur a shipping and handling fee of $13.95. For orders of $60 or more to the above destinations, shipping and handling costs are waived as long as the order remains above $60 total. Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS Ground or via the US Post Office at our discretion. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam are sent via the US Post Office First Class or Priority Mail, regardless of weight.
International orders with over $40 in
merchandise will be shipped via the
Post Office's Priority Mail International shipping service where this
service is available. International orders with less than $40 in
merchandise will be shipped via First Class International Mail.
We cheerfully accept returns that are made within 14 days after receipt, and are in their original packaging, undamaged, and unopened. We assess a $7.00 restocking fee for all elective returns, unless the return was a result of an error on our part. We do not reimburse return postage, unless the return resulted from an error on our part. We inspect every returned item to verify that it is ready for resale before we return it to inventory. Please note that if your original purchase was for more than $60, thereby qualifying for having the shipping costs waived, and the value of the merchandise returned brings the order total to less than $60; we reserve the right to deduct our actual shipping and handling costs from the refund for the merchandise returned. If you have a question about an order, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com for the fastest response. We generally respond to these e-mails within 24 hours. We also respond to questions via telephone at 800-579-WIRE or fax at (240) 597-2262.
We accept the responsibility for getting your order to you. While it doesn't happen often, occasionally an order does not reach its destination. Please notify us if you believe that your order has been lost. Generally, within the US, if 10 days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received it, it may be lost. As noted above, we ship our orders from a warehouse East of the Mississippi. For customers on the West Coast, please allow five to six business days for UPS to deliver your order. Our track record shows that we lose less than one order in a thousand. If it happens to you, we will coordinate with the shipper to submit any necessary insurance. Please understand that in the very rare circumstances that your order gets lost, we will replace your order and ship again. If you need to contact us, please use the contact information in the above paragraph. Please check around your house before assuming that your order was lost. We don't lose many orders but we do have a lot of customers who contact us and ask where there order is only to learn that it is at their front door where UPS left it.
At this time, we do not process exchanges or back orders.
We charge sales tax in Texas (6.75%).
