This necklace uses a triangular WigJig wire component as a yoke combined with triangular beads to make a rather unique necklace.  The yoke shown at right was made on the WigJig Cyclops jewelry making jig, but this component can be made on any of our WigJigs.  Please see the large picture of this necklace for a view of the completed product.

        Jewelry Supplies:

Tools Required:

  • 5 inches of 20G 1/2 hard gold-filled wire
  • 18 inches of 24G 1/2 hard gold-filled wire
  • Five 2" gold-filled head pins
  • Seven 5x7mm crystal beads
  • 10 triangle shaped beads
  • 14 inches of commercial chain
  • One commercial clasp
  • Round Nose Pliers
  • Flush Cutter
  • Chain Nose or Bent Chain Nose Pliers (2)
  • Any WigJig acrylic jig
  • 7 metal pegs
  • 90 minutes of free time

Jewelry Skills Required:

  • Use of a WigJig to make a wire component.
  • Ability to make a chain using the wrapped bead link.
  • Ability to make a bead dangle with head-pins and beads.
