Falling Raindrop Earrings Jewelry Making Project with Crystal AB BeadsFalling Raindrop Earrings Jewelry Making Project with Pearl BeadsFalling Raindrop Earrings Jewelry Making Project with Violet Swarovski BeadsFalling Raindrop Earrings Jewelry Making Project with Tanzanite Swarovski BeadsWe call these Falling Raindrop earrings because the chain leaves the raindrop shape about 1" below the ear wire.  Without the chain, if the raindrop wire component was connected to your ear wire finding, we would call those raindrop earrings.  We considered calling these teardrop earrings but decided not to, because it reminded us of a Country & Western song.

This is a relatively easy jewelry making project and is suitable for advanced beginners through advanced wire workers.  As you can see from the pictures here, we made several different Falling Raindrop earrings because we really liked the way they look.
